With winter approaching don’t leave your skin exposed to the elements and defenceless.

Although many people will take care of their skin in the summer months. Making sure to protect their skin against the harmful effects of to much sunlight and hot temperatures it is easy to forget the winter months.

The cold temperatures, dry winter months and effects of wind can equally damage your skin.  And that is ever before contemplating the effect of dry hot offices or public transport!

The key to weather the storm of winter, is to nourish your skin.

Our skin is the largest organ of the body and often the most neglected. It is our first line of defence against pollutants, ultraviolet violet (UV) radiation and other environmental factors.

Practical Action

A regular skin regime coupled with SPF sunscreen and topical antioxidants has proven effective in minimizing the damaging effects of the environment as well as helping to protect skin health.

  • Start the day with a replenishing cream.

  • In addition use a Herbal Aloe based hand & body lotion - which will give you a glove-like layer of insulation to protect your skin.

  • Use sunscreen with SPF 15 daily, even in winter.

  • During the day use a Daily Skin Booster containing vitamin C. By replenishing vitamin C, you will help collagen production, giving elasticity to the skin.
